First of all, browse through the items using the menu at the far right to find the items you wish to purchase. You can also use the search tool to find an item you are looking for.
When you have found a product that you like, click on the "buy it" button. The product is then put in you shopping cart that is located at the far right.
When you are done shopping click on the cart to go to the checkout. Look carefully to see that everything is correct. Then proceed to fill in your information. The only information that is required from you is of your name, address, name and email.
When you've filled out your info, you click on the proceed button and you get redirected to PayPal for payment. At the moment we only accept PayPal payments. Please read further down about paying with PayPal. It's easy and safe.
How many number of items do you have of each product? It depends if it is a vintage product or a new product. Sometimes we like to have a small number of each product, just because we would like you to feel unique.
What happens if my product is sold out? If a product is sold out and you have purchased it, we will send you an email and return your payment as fast as possible.
Do you restock items? Generally, if a product is sold out we do not restock them. There are, however, certain exceptions. Some of our more popular products will be restocked.

How can I pay for my item?
At the moment we only use PayPal for all of our transactions. It is an easy and safe way to pay for your item. So we highly recommend that you sign up for an account. You can sign up for a PayPal account here.
Do I have to become a PayPal member, in order to pay for my items?
Yes, but it is free and takes only a minute to become a member.
Is it safe to pay by PayPal?
It is very safe. Your credit card number is highly protected and isn't revealed to anyone but you.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship to all the corners of the world!
What does shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the item and where you are located. The easiest way to find out how much it will be is to mail us in advance. But for items under 1kg it's about 1500 yen. We ship our products using EMS, which makes it possible for you to follow your order online with the tracking number we will provide you when your item has been shipped.
How long does it take for me to get my item?
It generally takes about 4-7 business days for a customer to receive an item from the day we send it, however sometimes it takes longer depending on where you are located, holidays etc
We generally ship the item within 3 days after your order. Also, this can take somewhat longer due to different reasons, but we will of course inform you in advance.
Return
I want to return my item, is it possible?
Yes, we accept returns. Please read our Return policy below.
Return Policy
Returns will be refunded after inspection of the item and it is declared that the items are in their original condition. The product/s must be in the same condition as when you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please use an extra box when you return sneakers to protect the original box.
You may return an item within the first 14 days after received so long as the items are in the original condition.
Electronic products that have been opened cannot be returned except if it was defective when arriving to the buyer.
Worn items cannot be returned.
There are no refunds for sale items.
