Shipping

We will provide you with a tracking number so that you easily can follow your package from Tokyo to your door. When ordering from stores, we will also include the receipt and the original bag, so that you feel just like you have picked up the item in Tokyo yourself. It will take around 7-14 businessdays for your package to reach you from when the payment has been received. However, this can sometimes take a bit longer if the requested item are out of stock. Please note that custom charges may apply. Tokyo Butler are not responsible for any items after they have been sent.

Payment

We will ship item after the payment has been received. We do all of our transactions through PayPal, which is a very convenient and safe way of paying for your item over the internet. Payments are to be made within a week after your order has been placed.

Fees

We will accept orders from 15000 JPY.

International shipping fee, from 1500 yen and up.

Returns

Since many stores in Japan do not accept returns, we are unfortunately inclined to do the same. Please ensure that, before ordering, it is the correct size.
